Thursday, July 1 Rogers Police Officers arrested Dustin Michael Taylor of Princeton for Fleeing Police in a Motor Vehicle. Minnesota State Patrol, Hennepin County Sheriff's Deputies and Rogers Police were all involved in this pursuit of a motorcycle driven by Mr. Taylor. The indictment alleges that from as early as Aug. 2009 through De. 28, 2009, the defendants obtained money by skimming the account numbers of credit cards used at restaurants, transferring those numbers to fraudulent credit cards and then using those fraudulent cards to buy goods and services.
